The shift nobody else is teaching

Most people use AI reactively. The advantage is proactive.

Reactive AI waits for a prompt. You type, it answers. Useful, but bounded by how often you remember to ask.

Proactive AI does the work before you ask. It watches your inbox, your calendar, your inputs — and surfaces what matters next. It drafts the reply you haven't started. It prepares the brief for the meeting you forgot is in 20 minutes. It catches the thing you missed.

That's a Chief of Staff. And until now, only people with a real human one had the leverage. OpenClaw changes that — and in four hours together, you'll build yours.

Reactive AI A Chief of Staff that runs ahead of you.
By 7pm Eastern, you'll have

Your own OpenClaw Chief of Staff.

Not a template. Not a "here's what we'd build if we had time." A real, running, configured assistant — yours, in your business, before the call ends.

What's running on your machine by 7pm

OpenClaw, configured as your Chief of Staff.

Connected to your essential systems. Loaded with the context it needs to act on your behalf. Drafting, summarising, surfacing, preparing — in the background, while you do the work only you can do. You stop using AI. You start being run by it — in the best possible way.

The 4 hours — one hour each

Live with Pete. Building, not lecturing.

Hour 01 · 3–4pm ET

Foundations + your OpenClaw stack

Set up your OpenClaw environment. Understand what makes an assistant proactive vs reactive. Define your Chief of Staff's job description — the thing that decides every behaviour afterwards.

You leave Hour 01 with the framework + a working OpenClaw shell.
Hour 02 · 4–5pm ET

Context engineering

Load the right context, in the right order, so your assistant actually knows you. The shift Pete teaches that turns "AI assistant" from generic helper into your Chief of Staff.

You leave Hour 02 with your context loaded + your assistant responding in your voice.
Hour 03 · 5–6pm ET

Connectors + the proactive trigger

Wire OpenClaw to the systems it needs to watch — email, calendar, docs, the inputs that drive your day. Set the proactive triggers that make it surface things before you ask.

You leave Hour 03 with connectors live + first proactive surfacing working.
Hour 04 · 6–7pm ET

Deploy + Q&A

Final configuration. Real-world test runs against your actual day. Live Q&A. Everyone leaves with their OpenClaw Chief of Staff running — not "configured to set up later." Running.

You leave Hour 04 with your Chief of Staff live + a personal playbook for the next 30 days.

Straight answers

What you're already wondering.

What is OpenClaw?
OpenClaw is Pete's proactive AI assistant framework. Instead of waiting for you to ask, it watches your inputs, prepares your day, drafts your replies, and surfaces what matters next. The Chief of Staff build is the first OpenClaw configuration we ship — yours, live, in four hours.
What will I actually have by 7pm on May 29?
Your own OpenClaw Chief of Staff — configured, connected, and running. Not a template you'll set up later. Live, working AI in your business, before the call ends.
What's the difference between Standard and the upgrade?
Standard ($997) gets you the live 4-hour build, your OpenClaw Chief of Staff up and running, and the recording. The upgrade adds Pete's top 20 AI skills, every one tested in the field. You'll see the upgrade on the next page after you click Reserve.
Is there a replay if I can't make it live?
Yes — every minute is recorded and available within 24 hours. But this is a live build. The people who show up live actually leave with the thing working. Showing up to the replay later means doing the build yourself with the recording as a guide.
Do I need to know anything about AI before joining?
No. You need a working laptop, a Claude/ChatGPT account (we'll send specifics in the welcome pack), and four uninterrupted hours. We start from zero on the build itself.
